FooDibs Application Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is binding on all users who download, install, or use the "FooDibs" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

By using the Application or creating an account, you agree to all the rules and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not accept these rules, please do not use the Application and remove it from your device.

1. Description of Service

FooDibs is a socially interactive platform that allows users to discover restaurants and food recipes in their vicinity, write reviews and give ratings, and upload and share restaurant and food photos with other users.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

While FooDibs provides an environment where users can freely share content, it aims to keep community safety and quality at the highest level. The inclusion of any of the following items in any content you share within the Application (including reviews, ratings, food recipes, and uploaded photos / UGC) is strictly prohibited:

• Offensive and Objectionable Content: Statements and images containing violence, hate speech, harassment, threats, racism, or discrimination directed at any group or individual,
• Obscenity and Sexuality: Pornography, nudity, or any visually explicit, provocative, or coking drawing, image, or text,
• Illegal Activities: Postings that promote, sell, or encourage the use of illegal substances (drugs, weapons, etc.), gambling, or other unlawful activities,
• Intellectual Property Infringements: Images or text shared without permission that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another person or entity (unauthorized uploading of photos taken by others, etc.),
• False and Defamatory Information: Reviews and ratings that are intentionally misleading, baseless, defamatory, or create unfair competition regarding restaurants, individuals, or recipes,
• Spam and Commercial Promotion: Unsolicited commercial communications, advertisements, spam messages, chain letters, or commercial promotions not approved by FooDibs.

3. Reporting (Report) and Blocking (Block) Systems

To ensure our users feel safe and to protect community standards, the following technical features are implemented inside the Application:

• Report Content: Next to all user comments, restaurant photos, and recipes in the Application, there is a easily accessible "Report" or "Flag" option. You can report any content you believe violates community standards to our moderation team using this feature.
• Block User: You can block other users who cause discomfort, engage in inappropriate behavior, or violate guidelines by using the "Block" option on their profiles. Once you block a user, none of their posts (comments, recipes, photos) will be displayed to you.

4. Moderation and 24-Hour Resolution Guarantee

FooDibs has adopted a zero-tolerance policy to protect the community quality and security:

• All inappropriate content reported by users or caught by system filters is meticulously reviewed by our moderation team.
• Necessary actions against reported inappropriate content and the users who uploaded them will be executed **within a maximum of 24 hours** after receiving a notification. Content violating the guidelines will be completely removed from publication within 24 hours.

5. Account Suspension and Permanent Ban (Zero-Tolerance)

For users who violate the terms set in this Agreement or community guidelines, the FooDibs management reserves the right to apply the following actions:

• Immediate removal of the offending content from publication,
• Temporary suspension of the user's account or restriction of their ability to share content,
• Depending on the severity or repetition of the violation, **permanent termination of the user's account without prior notice** and blocking of access from the device/IP address.

6. Limitation of Liability

FooDibs does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or reliability of user-generated content. Opinions, reviews, or recipes shared by users within the Application are solely the responsibility of the respective user. FooDibs cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from user posts.

7. Changes to the Agreement and Contact

FooDibs reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updates made to the Agreement become effective as soon as they are published on our website. By continuing to use the Application, you accept the updated agreement.
