FooDibs Account Deletion & Data Removal
You can delete your FooDibs account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose one of the two methods below to send us your request:
In-App Deletion Fastest
- FooDibs mobile app and log in.
- Go to your profile by tapping the Profile icon in the bottom right corner.
- Tap the Settings (Gear ⚙️) icon in the top right corner of the profile screen.
- Tap the Delete My Account option at the very bottom of the settings list.
- Confirm your request in the popup box to complete the process.
Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can also request the deletion of your account via email:
1. Compose a message from the email address registered to your account.
2. Set the recipient to [email protected].
3. Write 'FooDibs Account Deletion Request' in the subject line, and include your username in the email for security verification.
Data Removal Only
Without deleting your account, you can request that specific data (e.g. comments, photos) be completely removed:
1. Send a request from the email address registered to your account.
2. Set the recipient to [email protected].
3. Write 'FooDibs Data Removal Request' in the subject, and specify which data you wish to be removed along with your username.
